CONCIERGE DESIGN PACKAGE

Who is this for? The client with a very busy schedule, little to no design experience looking for an experienced professional design firm to handle their project from beginning to end.

What does it include? We create a personalized design package with photos, samples, measurements, total budget and a comprehensive presentation. We then run the project along side the contractor and trades to final installation and reveal. $TBD

DESIGNER ON CALL

Who is this for? The client that just needs some professional direction and wants to tackle a project mostly on their own.

What does it include? You purchase as many hours as you need to get through your project. The hours are purchased up front and invoiced on the 1 st of each month. Kylee Dean will personally assist you with your project needs. You may want to meet at a flooring store, retail store or want Kylee to join your meetings with your architect or builder during your initial design process. $150/Hr

DESIGNER FOR A DAY

Who is this for? The client that may want to be accompanied by a professional designer to shop for furnishings, décor, lighting and finishes etc. Maybe you know your style and your favorite retailers but just need help pulling it all together.

What does it include? We schedule Kylee Dean to spend a pre-planned and well executed 8 hours with you to shop the city. Lunch included. (We share any discount over 20% with our clients as well, which may make up for some of the cost). $1100

Kitchen & Bath Design

These spaces are the most important areas in most people’s homes. We want to help you from the very start of your project to avoid costly or irreversible mistakes. There are several details to designing kitchen and baths. KDD has many years of experience and has cultivated relationships with the showrooms and vendors needed to complete these projects.

Custom Window Coverings

Window coverings are almost always necessary to complete a design. They will not only save money on your energy bills they can create privacy and add texture and softness to your space. We offer solar shades, drapes, Roman shades, and even window tinting. Call us for a custom window covering consultation!

e-Design

Are you looking for someone to create a space that you can execute on your own? We will source all items and create a visual plan along with easy to follow purchasing directions. We will create a design around your style wants and needs and present it to you via email. If this seems overwhelming you may want to utilize our full-service design.

Exterior Design

We partner with landscape specialists and architects to create a one of a kind outdoor design. Whether you are just needing furnishings or an entire back patio and yard designed, KDD is your full-service design studio. Don’t forget that we can ease the confusion and stress of choosing your finishes and fixtures, so call us before you even start to look at pools, plants, and patio flooring.

Hiring Kylee to decorate my home was the easiest decision I've made. From the moment she came over for a consultation her expert eye took into account not only my lifestyle, but also the look I was aiming for which was to blend some of my most treasured pieces with newer contemporary furniture. 2 Hour Consultation

This is a working consultation, which means that Kylee Dean (Lead Designer) and her assistant will walk every area of the project with you. Her assistant will be taking detailed notes which allows the designer and client to focus on the details of your project. Each consultation is packed with useful information and professional suggestions. These notes can be given to the client that just wishes to tackle the project on their own, or we will keep the notes for reference with our full-service clients.
