A few years ago, we hired Kylee for a 2-hour consultation. She and her assistant, Kelly, arrived on time and spent 2.5 hours going through every room and providing us helpful information and design suggestions. Our home, nearly 20 years old was in definite need of some updating! Following her visit, a few days later, Kylee provided us with a detailed list of everything she discussed, including colors and vendors (from flooring, interior paint, cabinets, and much more). We were so pleased with the outcome. Everything came together beautifully. Her style is modern and contemporary, but she didn't suggest anything that clearly wouldn't work in our home, knowing that our goal was to one day sell and that we'd like a ROI. She is a great listener and asked us a lot of questions. I felt she really heard and understood our needs and lifestyle. A year after that initial consult, Kylee came to the rescue, again! My hubby and I got ourselves into a bind regarding exterior paint colors. We reached out to Kylee, and she came to our home - swatches in hand, and got us back on track. I love her vision and style. We are selling our home now; the house went on the market on Tuesday night and within 36 hours we had a first offer. Our home sold in four days – above asking offer! I am giving Kylee the bulk of the credit! If it weren’t for her, I honestly don’t’ think our home would’ve received the attention and interest it got. Kylee assisted us in remodeling our home in Las Vegas (Summerlin). The home was outdated and looking like it came out of the 80's. The home is situated with great city views and we wanted to make that a focal point. She included all of this in what we wanted to accomplish even adding a pool to the back yard. I would most definitely use Kylee again if I were to move again BUT, I like my current Kylee Dean Designed home...

We and redid every aspect of the home. My wife and I worked with another designer for about 6 months with very little progress. We finally decided it was time to make a change. We didn't know who to use so I went to Yelp. After looking at several of the designers websites we decided to call Kylee.
After talking to her a few minutes, she seemed to have similar tastes and styles to us. She also seemed organized, so we set up a consultation. During our consultation she gained our trust as we discussed our vision and our simple modern style. She respected our ideas and gave us a lot of ideas we hadn't even thought of. We decided to move forward with her.
She did an outstanding job finding furniture that met our budget and style. We love what she did to make our home our home our style. We are still waiting for some of the wall art to come in, but we would highly recommend Kylee. She has outstanding taste, and You will enjoy working with her.
